Anger management
My final activity topic is how to manage your anger. Having anger management problems isn’t good for your health, specially if you have heart problems, you have to stay calm and not get mad.
For my activity you need to have a pencil and paper. With that pen and paper you need to write four headings on it. One that says “Do something to relax,” “Re-channel your Energy,” “Talk to Someone You Trust,” and “Get Some Physical Activity.” Under each heading write two specific activities you should try. After that you have to compare your answers with a partner.
I choose this topic because I personally have anger issues and I do hate having them, because when I get mad I stay mad for a while and cannot control it. I take my anger out on someone around me, and I also get chest pains and I know that’s no good for me.
I plan to walk/run around my neighborhood during the summer every other, and eat much more healthier. Not eat so much junk food anymore. If I start working out I will be able to get in shape and it will help my stress out too. If I start eating healthier I won’t get to sick or feel bad after I eat something I’m not suppose too. I can start eating more salads, eating the proportions I’m suppose to eat. Eat more fruit and vegetables, like peaches, apples, oranges, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Plus, if I do both of these things it might help my chest pains a little
GREAT! Keep up the good work!
